  1. Definition Personal information: refers to various information recorded in electronic or other ways that can identify a specific natural person individually or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. Sensitive personal information: refers to personal information including ID numbers, personal biometric information, bank account information, financial information, transaction information, information of children aged 14 and under, etc. (we will mark specific sensitive personal information in bold in this privacy policy). Device information: includes device attributes, connection and status information that you use, such as device model, device identifier (such as IMEI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID, SIM card IMSI, ICCID information, etc.), device MAC address, software list, telecommunications operator, and other hardware and software feature information.

How we collect and use your personal information 2.1 Personal information you voluntarily provide to us 2.1.1 When you register for a Zodiac Land account, we collect your account nickname, password, password protection options, email address, and phone number through the registration and login process. If you log in to Zodiac Land through other means, we will request your personal information from the associated third-party. For personal information that we request but cannot be provided by the third-party, we may still request that you provide it. (1) When you log in with your Google account, we will access and obtain your Google profile picture, nickname, region, and gender information. (2) When you log in with your Apple ID, we will obtain your Apple ID's email address. In order to ensure account security and implement real-name registration, you may still need to bind a valid phone number when using other login methods to use certain functions of Zodiac Land. Collecting this information is to help you create a Zodiac Land account and to verify your real name. If you refuse to provide this information, it will affect your registration and use of Zodiac Land.

2.1.2 The avatar you upload when using Zodiac Land. If you do not upload the aforementioned information, it may affect your use of certain business functions that require this information, but it will not affect your use of other functions.

If we obtain your personal information in scenarios beyond the above-mentioned ones, we will seek your express consent again and fully explain the application scenarios, as well as the content and scope of the information we collect before obtaining your express consent.


2.2 Personal information we automatically collect When you use our services through websites, clients, or other service portals, we may automatically collect your IP address, device model, unique device identification code, browser model, approximate location information (such as country or city information), and other device technical information from your device. We also collect some log information about your use of our services, such as the pages visited or links clicked.

The purpose of collecting this information is mainly to ensure the safe operation of the service and to better understand you, such as where you are from and what content in our service attracts you. We use this information for internal analysis and to improve the quality and relevance of our services (such as recommending information and content that you may be interested in). We also need to retain the relevant logs to record the operation status of our service portals, such as websites and mobile clients, to comply with Singaporean laws and regulations.

2.3 Device Permissions we obtain To provide you with convenient and high-quality services, we may request access to certain permissions on your device. When you use the corresponding function, you will see a pop-up reminder asking for your authorization. You can choose to disable some or all permissions in the client or device settings. The way to enable or disable the above permissions may vary depending on the device and system. Please refer to the instructions or guidelines provided by the device and system developers.


2.4 When it comes to activities related to national security and interests, social public interests, criminal investigations, or situations that involve your or others' safety, but it is not possible to obtain your timely authorization due to special circumstances, or when the information can be obtained from legitimate public channels or other situations stipulated by laws and regulations, we may collect your personal information without your consent.


2.5 Please note that unless you delete or refuse our collection through system settings, we will use your personal information within the scope stated in this policy during your use of Zodiac Land. However, in cases permitted by laws and regulations, we may also use your personal information for purposes related to the above or other purposes allowed by laws and regulations. For example, we may analyze and commercialize your de-identified personal information without revealing your other personal information.


  1. Cookie and Related Technology Notification

3.1 Cookies and related technologies can help websites identify registered users, calculate user numbers, and are generally used by websites to determine whether registered users who have completed registration have logged in. We use cookies and related technologies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:

3.1.1 Ensure the security and efficient operation of products or services. We may set authentication and security cookies to confirm whether you have securely logged in to the service or whether you have encountered theft, fraud, and other illegal activities. These technologies also help us improve service efficiency, speed up login and response times.

3.1.2 Simplify your operational steps. By using these technologies, you can save the steps and procedures of repeatedly filling in personal information and inputting search content, helping you to have a more relaxed browsing experience.

3.1.3 Recommend, display, and push content or accounts that you may be interested in. We may use these technologies to understand your preferences and usage habits, conduct data analysis to improve product services, recommend information or functions that you are interested in, and optimize your advertising choices.

3.2 If you do not want your personal information to be stored in cookies, you can configure your browser: choose "reject cookies" or "notify you when a website sends cookies". Since our service is implemented by supporting cookies, after you complete the operation of closing cookies, your access to Zodiac Land may be affected or you may not be able to fully enjoy our services. When you do not disable cookies, you may receive prompts, such as whether to keep user information for simplifying the login procedure (such as automatic login) when you enter this website next time.


  1. How We Entrust, Share, Transfer, and Disclose Your Personal Information

4.1 In order to improve information processing efficiency, we may entrust third parties to process your personal information on our behalf. For third parties entrusted with processing personal information on our behalf, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our requirements, this policy, and the confidentiality and security measures required by laws and regulations.

4.2 Unless we have obtained your prior authorization and consent, we will not share or transfer personally identifiable information with third parties. We may share or transfer personal information that has been de-identified or anonymized.

Under specific circumstances, we may share your personal information with third parties, but we will only share necessary personal information and the third party will be bound by the purposes declared in this policy. We will obtain your consent in the form of confirmation agreements, specific text prompts, pop-up reminders, etc. in accordance with legal requirements and national standards, or confirm that the third party has obtained your consent. If a third party wishes to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will seek your authorization and consent again.

For third parties with whom we share personal information, we will evaluate the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of their information collection, investigate their data security environment, and sign strict confidentiality agreements with them where feasible, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, our instructions, this policy, and any other relevant security measures.

4.3 You agree that we may share information with third parties for the following purposes:

4.3.1 Sharing of information for the provision of Zodiac Land services and features

Please understand that certain features and services of Zodiac Land are provided by third parties, including our affiliates. To provide these features and services, we may need to share your necessary information with these relevant third parties so that they can provide you with the relevant features and services, show or push information and content that may interest you. Currently, these third parties mainly include software service providers, intelligent device providers or system service providers.

For example, when a third-party software, device system is combined with Zodiac Land products or services to provide you with location-based services, Zodiac Land may obtain your location information and device information based on your authorization and settings for system positioning, and provide it to the aforementioned partners after de-identification. In certain situations, this may include the contact information you provide separately. If you refuse to collect and use this type of information, you need to set it in the device system or turn off the software that provides the service. In Zodiac Land, you may not be able to automatically or manually set and turn off related services.

4.3.2 Sharing of information for advertising purposes

To achieve programmatic advertising push, we may share de-identified or anonymized processed information with advertising partners, including advertisers and other advertising service providers. Without your authorization, we will not share your personal identity information (i.e., information that can identify you, such as name or phone number) with advertising partners. We will only share anonymous user profiles and encrypted device information with advertising partners to help them improve the effective reach of their advertisements without identifying your personal identity.

For example, we will only tell advertising partners about the effectiveness of their ads, how many people viewed their ads or installed their apps after seeing their ads, or provide these partners with statistics that can not identify your personal identity (such as "female, aged 25-29, located in Beijing") after they agree to comply with our advertising standards. This will help them understand their audience.

4.2.3 Information sharing for security and analytical purposes In order to protect your and other Zodiac Land users' legitimate rights and interests, and ensure the stable operation of Zodiac Land services, we may share your de-identified device and network information with data security partners. Additionally, in order to analyze the usage of Zodiac Land services and improve your user experience, we may share your de-identified Zodiac Land usage behavior information with data analysis partners.

4.4 Without your consent, we will not share, transfer or publicly disclose your personal information to any third party other than our affiliates, except in the following circumstances: 4.4.1 With your explicit authorization and consent; 4.4.2 To comply with applicable laws and regulations; 4.4.3 Directly related to national security or defense; 4.4.4 Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests; 4.4.5 Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments; 4.4.6 Necessary for protecting your or other individuals' major legal rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent; 4.4.7 Personal information that you have voluntarily made public; 4.4.8 Your personal information collected from legally publicized information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosures.


  1. How We Protect Your Personal Information

5.1 We will make every reasonable effort to protect your personal information that we obtain and will have a dedicated data security department to protect your personal information, preventing your personal information from being illegally accessed, copied, modified, transmitted, lost, destroyed, processed, or used without authorization.

5.2 We will adopt the following technical measures to protect your personal information:

5.2.1 Our network services adopt encryption technologies such as transport layer security protocol and provide browsing services through HTTPS to ensure the security of user personal information during transmission.

5.2.2 User personal information is encrypted and stored through encryption technologies and isolated by isolation technologies.

5.2.3 When using personal information, such as personal information display and personal information association calculation, we will use various data desensitization technologies such as content replacement and encryption to enhance the security of personal information during use.

5.2.4 We have established strict data usage and access control systems and adopted strict data access permission control and multi-factor authentication technologies to protect personal information and prevent your personal information from being used in violation of regulations.

5.2.5 We have adopted dedicated data and technical security audits and established multiple measures, such as log audits and behavior audits.

5.3 In addition, we have taken the following measures to protect your personal information:

5.3.1 Manage and regulate the storage and use of personal information by establishing a data classification and grading system, data security management specifications, and data security development specifications.

5.3.2 Establish a data security department responsible for security emergency response organization to promote and ensure the security of personal information.

5.3.3 Strengthen employees' awareness of personal information protection security. We will also hold security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' understanding of the importance of protecting personal information.

5.3.4 Other personal information protection measures required by laws and regulations.

5.4 Despite having taken the above reasonable and effective measures and complying with relevant legal requirements, we can not guarantee the security of your personal information when it is communicated through unsafe channels. Therefore, you should take active measures to ensure the security of personal information, such as regularly changing account passwords and not disclosing personal information such as account passwords to others.

5.5 There are always risks of information leakage in the network environment. When unexpected events, force majeure, and other circumstances lead to the leakage of your information, we will make every effort to control the situation and promptly inform you of the cause of the event, the security measures we have taken, and the security measures you can take proactively. In the event of a personal information-related security incident, we will report to the relevant competent authority as soon as possible and conduct problem investigation and emergency measures in a timely manner. At the same time, we will reach users through notification methods such as sending reminders to change passwords to all users and informing them on the Zodiac Land public operating platform.

5.6 Please understand that the personal information protection measures we provide only apply to Zodiac Land. Once you leave Zodiac Land and browse or use other websites, services, and content resources, we have no ability or obligation to protect any personal information you submit on websites outside of Zodiac Land, whether you log in or browse the above websites based on Zodiac Land's links or guidance.


  1. How we store your personal information 6.1 We store the personal information we collect from you outside of China in accordance with legal requirements within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we do not use, store, share, disclose, or transfer your personal information abroad to any cross-border business. If our business undergoes changes in the future, we may need to transfer your personal information to other countries or regions. These countries or regions may have different data protection laws, or may not have relevant laws in place. In such cases, we will comply with relevant laws and regulations to ensure that your personal information receives the same level of protection as it would within China. We will inform you of the type, purpose, recipient, security measures, and security risks of outbound personal information, and conduct security assessments or record-filing according to legal requirements before making any outbound transfers. 6.2 We only retain your personal information for the necessary period as stated in this policy, as well as the time required by law and regulatory requirements. We will keep your personal information in accordance with the statutory retention periods stipulated by relevant laws and regulations such as Cybersecurity Law. After the legal retention period has expired, we will delete your personal information or make it anonymous.


  1. Your Personal Information Rights

We highly value your management of personal information and strive to ensure that you have the right to access, modify, delete, and withdraw consent for your personal information, so that you have the ability to fully protect your privacy and personal information security.

7.1 Access, Modify, and Delete Your Personal Information

After you complete the account registration for Zodiac Land, you can modify your personal information that you have submitted to us once. You can request the deletion of personal information in the following circumstances:

7.1.1 If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

7.1.2 If our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;

7.1.3 If we terminate the operation and service of Zodiac Land.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also try our best to notify third parties who have obtained your personal information from us to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or these third parties have obtained your independent authorization.

For personal information that is difficult to access, modify, or delete directly on the client, you can also submit relevant applications to us through the contact information provided in this policy.

7.2 Withdrawal of Consent

Specific business functions in Zodiac Land will require your information or device permissions that you have granted in order to be completed. You can withdraw your consent by turning off the corresponding business functions. After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding functions or process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect our previous personal information processing based on your authorization.

7.3 Account Cancellation

You can cancel your account through the official Zodiac Land client. Please understand that canceling your account is an irreversible operation. As Zodiac Land PTE. LTD. adopts a unified account system. Once you cancel your account, we will delete all information related to your account, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations. You will also not be able to regain access to Zodiac Land's related services through a canceled account.

7.4 Response to Your Requests

To ensure security, we will timely process your requests after verifying your identity. For requests that are groundless, require too many technical means (such as requiring the development of a new system or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical, we may refuse them. In accordance with legal requirements, we may not be able to respond to your request in the following circumstances:

7.4.1 Related to our compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;

7.4.2 Directly related to national security and national defense security;

7.4.3 Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

7.4.4 Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

7.4.5 We have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

7.4.6 Difficult to obtain your authorization and consent for the purpose of protecting your or others' major legitimate rights and interests;

7.4.7 Response to your request will cause serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you or others or organizations;

7.4.8 Related to trade secrets.

7.5 If we terminate our services or operations, we will notify you at least thirty days in advance and delete or anonymize your personal information after terminating our services or operations.


  1. How we collect and process personal information of minors


8.1. If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using Zodiac Land, you should read and decide whether to agree to this policy together with your parents (or other guardians) under their supervision and guidance. We protect the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. 8.2. If you are under 14 years old and want to use Zodiac Land, please inform your parents (or other guardians) of this policy. We need to obtain express consent from your parents (or other guardians) before you start using Zodiac Land. 8.3. We do not collect personal information that can identify the user's age.


  1. Updates to this policy 9.1. In order to provide you with better services and in accordance with the development of our business, this policy will also be updated accordingly.
